Fall 2008 Well the school year has begun for the boys. Kane (6yrs) is really enjoying 1st grade and Kellen (3yrs) is now beginning to enjoy his first year of preschool. Brett is still working as a Senior Programming Engineer and I'm taking a break from my part-time job to get the kids settled in their school schedules. This is the first year that I have been able to volunteer in Kane's classroom now that Kellen is in school and I'm really enjoying it and he seems to like me being there as well. It has been a crazy summer and between Brett's knee surgery (yes he will soon be bionic!), 20 year high school reunion, moving his mom from Vegas to Washington and sports for the kids that we decided to take our family vacation a little later this year and indulge in a family Disney Cruise to the Western Caribbean islands - everyone is really looking forward to a "real" vacation! We'll be sure to post pictures throughout the trip! We have some new pictures up from our annual fall hike to Mueller State Park to see all the beautiful colors of the changing aspens.
